I started out lost, searching for that thing that would make sense of it all. My journey took many paths but eventually I stumbled across Yoga, the particular school that drew me in made sense.

I attended the same yoga school week after week and year after year, my teacher said to find our gold we must keep digging and go deep, no point in flittering from one thing to another.

I continued went deep and started to see results. 

The thing is to intellectually know something is not enough, I had read plenty self help books to know what I should be doing I just never dug deep enough and dedicated myself to it.

To learn something we have to prove it, it has to work and it must be an action.

What I teach is action combined with saying yes to life, an immersive life changing experience in which we learn that we are OK, I teach that we are stronger than we can possibly imagine and deliver hope.
